Thailand Single Entry Visa

Thailand Visa Requirements:

• Original Passport and 2 Copy of its first page
• Copy of CNIC / B Form
• At least 1 year latest Bank Statement along with Account Maintenance letter with Minimum closing Balance 3 lac above with Signed and Stamped by Bank
• 4 latest passport size photographs – White Background
• Request Letter on company’s letter head
• Company’s NTN , tax returns & chamber of commerce or FBR are also required
• Confirm Ticket copy
• Hotel booking
